About this section

This is a selection of Feldenkrais lessons for pregnant women that can't lie on thier backs.

These exercises can be very beneficial and are mainly focused on the pelvis.

These can help with pelvic pain and keeping the pelvis in good alingnment.

Depending on how far they are in their pregancy and how they are feeling, give the women plenty of rest meaning breaking up the exercises in small sections.

One way of resting is to stand up and walk around the room.
