We all want to do and teach safe yoga (or pilates or whatever movement discipline you teach)

Noone is teaching to harm but, indeed, there are many exercises/poses that we are doing/teaching in ways that isn't the most effective way and worse still, are causing unnecessary strain and wear & tear in the body.

In this section, I teach you how to do many yoga poses/exercises safely.
