About this section

Connective tissue in the body is nourished through movement.

We, teachers, can make our lives difficult when we worry about alignment and making sure everyone is safe in class by doing the poses 'right', which we cant!

This can make our teaching anything but efficient or enjoyable.

In this section you will go beyond the yoga poses and alignment.

This means you won't be worrying about alignment or what's right or wrong.

You are going to liberate the pose from its cage and enjoy moving instead.

You will explore what your body can do and you will allow your inner child take over the movement.

Note that there are no pdf with these exercises as the aim is to explore the movements.
