Erifily Nikolakopoulou is a certified Kripalu Yoga and Feldenkrais practitioner living in Athens, Greece.

Apart from her weekly public classes, she teaches feldenkrais for dancers and yoga teachers in workshops all around Europe. Her goal is to empower her students through somatic education.
